ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant with a desire to work for a values driven organisation? This might be the job for you.

The Executive Assistant contributes to FLS in a manner that supports the achievement of the overall strategic directions of the organisation. Working within a team environment, the EA has a critical role, providing high level administrative, planning and logistic support to the CEO, Board, and senior management team. They liaise with internal and external stakeholders and participate in communications and fundraising activities. Due to the nature of the position and the variability of hours and work, flexibility is essential.

This is an ongoing part-time role (25 – 30 hrs per week neg) and will involve a mix of onsite (Fitzroy or Reservoir offices) and online work.
