We run a free Night Service Legal Advice Clinic

We run a free Night Service Legal Advice Clinic at the Fitzroy Town Hall and at our Reservoir Office.  This is a generalist service so we can provide you advice about a range of legal issues either in person or via phone.  We can only see you if you have made an appointment.  Please click the 'Make an Enquiry' button to be directed to our webform and enquire about an appointment with our Night Service Advice Clinic.

Day Service Advice, Legal Representation and Ongoing Assistance Services 

Our Day service provides advice and legal representation to people who;

  • Meet our service eligibility requirements; or
  • Are eligible for a grant of legal aid; or
  • Are able to pay for representation (at a reduced cost)

The areas of law we can provide advice and representation on with our day service include; 

  • Criminal
  • Family law
  • Family violence intervention orders
  • Tenancy/ Housing
  • Victims of crime
  • Fines and infringements
  • Employment law (for people in Australia on a working Visa)
  • Migration Law
