Thanks to your support and the backing from so many in our community, our Giving Sprint exceeded its goal this financial year to reach $42,125 in two weeks!

After fifty years, we continue to stand with those facing stigma and barriers to justice, and with your support we will continue to do so in the years to come.

Here are some of the heartfelt messages from supporters of this Giving Sprint and from all of us at Fitzroy Legal Service, we say thank you.

“As a volunteer lawyer, it’s a privilege to be part of the FLS team,” Sharon Ryan, volunteer and donor.

“Thank you for your dedication and services to the community,” Srey Sen, donor. “Thanks for all of your hard work!” Tony Whittaker, supporter and donor.

“Still doing great work 50 years and counting… although it makes me feel REALLY old!

Jon Faine, past FLS Lawyer and public commentator

Other messages of support included: “Keep up the great work, FLS!” Jeremy Levine, donor and board member.

“Keep up the great service guys,” Sean Lumsden, donor. “For closing the justice gap,” Anonymous.

And lastly, as donor and longstanding supporter Vera Boston said, “Stay fearless and feisty.” Of course, we couldn’t agree more!

Special thanks to Fitzroy Legal Service long-standing corporate partner, Allens, as well as Maurice Blackburn Lawyers who tripled donations. We truly could not have done it without you.

Join us to stand up for justice and support Fitzroy Legal Service today.
